Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Commercial Banking/PMO group of one of our premier banking clients. This role involves working on a project dedicated to developing new products and service offerings for small commercial banking clients.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting day-to-day business analysis tasks such as gathering requirements.

Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.

Analyzing company data to identify needs and recommend solutions.

Working across client teams to eliminate redundancies and improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong experience with Excel, including modeling and creating Power BI dashboards.

Expertise in benefit realization, sales target calculations, revenue analysis, and presenting findings to leadership using PowerPoint.

A solid background in commercial banking, with knowledge of treasury products.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years as a Business Analyst

Strong Banking background - Commercial and Treasury Products

Strong Power Bi skills (creating dashboards)

Expert with Excel

Strong communication skills (presenting to leadership)

Understanding of completing documents such as the HLRD (High-Level Requirements Document)

Benefit realization, sales target calculations, revenue analysis

Detail oriented, and with soft skills such as networking null
