Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team with one of our best retail clients. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and communicating with key stakeholders, gather, review and analyze business data using different tools. Assess options for business process improvements, maintain documentation and collaborate with project managers and cross functional teams.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst

• Strong ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders to support business strategies and process improvements

• previous experience working on a master centralized data project, understanding the needs, sources of information and where the data needs to go

• Experience with BRD's - Experience with SAP

• Experience with Service Now null
