The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst with Enterprise Architecture (EA) responsibilities to manage the implementation, adoption, and data integrity for the enterprise architecture modeling tools. The successful candidate will ensure the completeness, currency, and accuracy of data entry and modeling into the EAM platform, playing a key role in supporting our EA program.
The role requires some understanding of EA principles and frameworks, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful data collection and integration into our EA platform. Willingness to learn from the team.

What you can expect to do here:
Enterprise Architecture Data Management
Oversee the implementation and adoption of WSP’s Enterprise Architecture Management platform across the organization.
Ensure data completeness, accuracy, and currency by managing the data entry process, conducting regular audits, and addressing data gaps.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, document, and input data related to business capabilities, processes, systems, data products, applications, and technologies into the EAM tool.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Participate and document workshops, interviews, and surveys to collect relevant data and ensure a consistent data model within the EAM tool.
Tool Management & Optimization
Manage the configuration and gather requirements to help evolve EAM platform in line with organizational needs.
Monitor usage and adoption of the tools, providing user support, training, and guidance to ensure proper use.
Identify areas for improvement within the EA tools and processes, recommending and implementing enhancements.
Data Integrity & Quality Assurance
Follow guidelines to implement and enforce data governance practices to maintain the integrity of the EA models.
Regularly review and validate data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring the information reflects the current state of the enterprise architecture.
Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.
Documentation & Reporting
Create detailed documentation of data models, processes, and workflows within our EAM tool.
Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior leadership, showcasing the current state of enterprise architecture data and tool adoption.
Continuous Improvement
Proactively identify opportunities to improve data collection, management, and tool usage.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in EA modeling practices and tools, recommending improvements to EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) and methodologies.
What you’ll bring to WSP:
Minimum 5+ years of experience, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role supporting Enterprise Architecture.
Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture modeling tools preferred.
Familiarity with EA frameworks such as TOGAF, Gartner EA, or Zachman is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage complex data models.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
Fluent in English. Bilingual in French is an asset.
Proficient in managing EA tools and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Experience in conducting workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather business and technical information.
Detail-oriented with a focus on ensuring high-quality data management practices.
TOGAF and EAM certification(s) or similar are an asset.
Ability to manage and coordinate data from multiple sources and ensure timely updates.
Strong collaboration, organizational and project management skills.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
