Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a BSA to join a leading bank in Toronto. The project and business needs that they will be working on will be in regards to Chat platform upgrades in regards to the business needs.

Skills and Requirements

-Vast amount of experience working within a contact center domain

-Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies

-Experience with client journey mapping

  • Experience creating sequence diagrams

  • Experience Creating Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)

-Experience Drafting Solution Requirements Document (SRD)

-Experience Drafting Business Requirements Document (BRD)

-Strong communication, can communicate with both technical and business stakeholders

  • Previous banking experience is a MUST

Technologies

  • Strong understanding of Chatbots, Chat platforms, Messaging systems, Email technology, and API integration.

Vendor Experience

  • Experience working with systems such as Genesys CX, Bold360, IBM Watson, ADA Bot, Salesforce CRM, Verint, and AI platforms like OPENAI. -Previous CIBC experience null
