WSP USA BIM Coordinator in Toronto, Ontario

What you can expect do here:

  • Assist in the development of the BIM Execution Plan in accordance to project and ISO 19650 requirements, ensuring on-going compliance and continuous improvement.

  • Experience in coordinating and managing the discipline BIM teams.

  • Good communication abilities and able to liaise across the BIM discipline and design teams on coordination issues.

  • Experience in leading VDR’s and clash coordination meetings as well as tracking and clash reporting.

  • Able to work under pressure and ensure the design is complete, reviewed and delivered according to schedule.

  • Ability to train BIM designers to carry out their own design reviews.

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and work in a collaborative environment, and propose best practices and/or automation.

What you’ll bring to WSP:

  • 5+ Years experience in BIM Coordination is a requirement

  • Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Architecture would be an advantage.

  • Good knowledge of ISO 19650 processes is an advantage.

  • Good command of leading design coordination meetings

  • Good command of design Collaboration

  • Good command of Autodesk products, including Autocad, Revit, Civil 3D, ACC and Navisworks is and advantage.

  • Good command of Bentley OpenX products, including OpenRail, OpenRoads, OpenBridge, OpenTunnels, ProjectWise and iTwin is an advantage.
