Manulife Associate, Training Development and Delivery (Bilingual) in Toronto, Ontario
The Opportunity:
Join our dynamic team as Associate, Training Development and Delivery supporting the Dealer and our Insurance division. In this role, the incumbent will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the design and execution of our training programs, directly impacting the growth and effectiveness of our Advisors.

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve training modules and materials for advisor development programs.
Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for advisors at various career stages.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
Provide one-on-one coaching and support to advisors, tailoring development plans to individual needs.
Manage logistics for training events, including scheduling, communications, and resource allocation.
Contribute to the creation of career development pathways for advisors, aligning with organizational goals and industry standards.
Stay abreast of trends and best practices in training and adult learning to incorporate innovative methods.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers.
Measure and report on the ROI of development programs, aligning with key performance indicators (KPIs).
Foster a culture of continuous learning and encourage knowledge sharing among the advisor community.
Assist in the development and management of the annual training budget.
Engage with cross-functional teams to integrate advisor development into broader organizational strategies.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Global Wealth to ensure seamless rollout and success of various initiatives.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they adhere to established timelines, budgets and performance standards.
Engage with senior leadership and external partners to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on business priorities.
Occasional travel required

Qualifications:
Bilingual in French and English
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a corporate or advisory setting.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and experience with Learning Management Systems.
Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement instructional materials and solutions.
Experience in facilitating learning and development sessions for professionals at various levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Certification in training and adult learning
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training methods.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
Possession of relevant industry accreditations will be considered an asset.
The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.

Salary range is expected to be between
$70,350.00 CAD - $117,250.00 CAD
