Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key projects for financial service brands and overseeing the successful production execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both account management and production management, with a deep understanding of the financial industry.

Responsibilities

  • Work hand-in-hand with Engagement Leads, Project Managers, Clients, and other creative partners to flawlessly deliver best-in-class campaigns.

  • Be the day-to-day lead on production activities including scheduling, resourcing, asset deliveries, QA, and approvals.

  • Accurately interpret business requirements and build production plans to deliver on objectives

  • Drive efficiencies and optimize timelines and production throughout the life of projects.

  • Assess risks, develop and lead quality assurance efforts at all stages across all projects.

  • Strengthen and maintain the collaborative relationships that have been established with our client’s partners.

  • Effectively manage project communications with internal teams.

  • Handle volume effectively and be confident in prioritizing and delegating tasks.

  • Be a proactive problem-solver, anticipate issues, and be two steps ahead of the team at all times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in account and/or project management, or a similar role within the advertising or marketing industry, preferably with retail/financial clients.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-profile accounts and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

  • Experience working within always-on, content-marketing environments and leveragingcontent-marketing calendars.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficient in project management tools and software.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
