TEKsystems Account Manager in Toronto, Ontario

Our client, a leader in the dental manufacturing industry, is seeking to hire an Account Manager in Winnipeg, Calgary or Toronto on a 12-month contract basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for planning and developing sales plans in both traditional and innovative ways to lead to successful and profitable customer relationships

  • Identify service requirements and programs required to grow key accounts and ensure these are being met by working with marketing, sales and internal support groups

  • Develop and build new initiatives to expand institutional business and marketplace

  • Address customer complaints appropriately and professionally

  • Work with local product specialists, sales representatives, and support personnel at each account to achieve optimal results

  • Identify and manage all aspects of specific projects from inception to completion

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Sales experience within the dental industry would be an asset

  • Relevant sales experience working with municipalities, healthcare, or educational entities

  • Self-starter with a competitive nature

  • Experienced with MS Office Suite and CRMs

  • Strong organization and administration skills

  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle

ENVIRONMENT/BENEFITS:

Compensation: Hourly salary plus quarterly bonuses

Workplace: Will be working remotely as well as travelling to clients within the assigned territory using your own vehicle or overnight travel, gas mileage can be expensed

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-hour day

Benefits: Will have access to discounted group benefits

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.46/hr.
