Moneris Senior Product Manager, Retail Solutions (Hybrid) in Toronto, Canada

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.
Reporting Relationship : You will report to the Director, Product.
Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
Lead the retail product roadmap with a focus on setting OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) that align with Moneris’ strategic mission, in partnership with the Director of Product.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to concept, prototype, ship, measure, and refine product features.
Champion the customer’s voice by working closely with sales and customer support, ensuring insights shape our product strategy.
Define and communicate the business value of product features, developing business cases and supporting messaging for marketing and customer outreach.
Manage product life cycle, from requirement gathering and new feature introduction to go-to-market strategy and positioning.
Own product success by setting performance metrics, tracking results, and making data-driven adjustments to achieve business objectives.
Oversee product P&L (profit and loss), contributing to strategic discussions on market positioning and identifying growth opportunities.
Lead others to solve complex problems; use analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify solutions
Work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
Foster relationships with internal partners to assess partnership opportunities, and ensure the success of the Product roadmap, Product readiness, and product launch
Your Moneris Career - What you bring
8 + years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in Product Management : Demonstrated success in building and scaling products.
Technical understanding of software development lifecycle : Hands-on experience developing SaaS solutions.
Experience in scrum/agile methodologies : Skilled in navigating product development processes and collaborating in agile environments.
End -to-end design thinking : Ability to empathize with users and create experiences that drive engagement and satisfaction.
SMB retail POS expertise : Deep understanding of SMB retailer needs, particularly of a POS solution.
Entrepreneurial mindset : Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at leading cross-functional stakeholders within a matrixed organization.
Education : University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
