Co-create the Global blueprint of the new planning solution (o9) across E2E planning, implement the new solution within your region and institutionalize the sustainment plan to secure adoption. A core element of the role is leveraging candidates expertise to drive effective and sustainable implementation of new processes, ways of working and tools across the business, removing barriers and influencing different levels and areas of the organization.
How you will contribute
You will:
Build the Planning transformation vision & North Star
Act as a business owner for the respective functionality (business design and process sign-off)
Manage the decision-making process / change management activities
Accountable for timely delivery of documented business requirements and test scenarios
Perform Risk Impact Analysis and project dependencies from various other initiatives
Resolve business issues that impact the ability of the project team to deliver
Perform detail reviews of all project deliverables
Lead and participate in tests & cutover
Co-create o9 adoption strategy across Demand and Supply Planning
Anticipate and drive resolution for tool adoption barriers
Define Business Champions and Key User Community that will drive deployment
Co-create the strategy to sustain new planning capabilities after program completion and transition to BAU
Key member of new planning tool governance
Drive participation in the Global Planning (COP) Community of Practice
Partners with other functions on enterprise planning process design
Participate in various workshops, steering committees and design sessions
Responsible for successful delivery of implementation of KPI’s
What you will bring

Strong experience in Planning
Affinity with systems and system implementations
Knowledgeable in Commercial and Manufacturing processes in your region to ensure seamless end-to-end process adoption
Ability to think "outside the box" and introduce new capabilities.
Agile and Growth mindset
Ability to drive change and new/disruptive ways of working
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Cross-functional collaboration skills and relationship building
Credible within the broader Mondelēz organization to drive cross-functional change and adoption of system outputs
Experienced working in a matrixed organization with “dotted lines”
Robust communication skills to articulate the vision of the technology, the region, and the project to various functions
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related field or discipline.
