You are responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget. This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed project’s readiness to go live.
How you will contribute
You will:
Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools
Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to global leads and/ or the program manager when needed
Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings
Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization
Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live
Own the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project delivery

Proven experience in project management methodology

Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions

Responsibilities
•Lead the MDLZ Canada Sales Transformation journey with a visionary mindset and pro-active change leadership.
•Proven experience in design and implementation of high-quality Digital and Data & Analytics Products with the principles of ease of use, reusability, scalability, high quality and operational efficiency.
•Act as a single Point of Contact for Business and IT Stakeholders, partner cross-functionally to create and deliver Digital and D&A Roadmap and ensuring Digital Product adoption.
•Enable the AI native transformation for the Commercial, RGM, Retail, and other functions in Canada through Data &Analytics Products.
Job Requirements
·Lead, develop and maintain a comprehensive Digital & Data roadmap for Sales in Canada, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, enhancing end to end sales capabilities via Digital . Sales capabilities include Spend & Assortment Optimization, Scenario Building, Revenue & Consumption Forecasting, Trade Management, Retail Execution Excellence
·Drive digital adoption across Sales organization
·Work closely with business users, data scientists, and engineers to understand data-related requirements and translate them into actionable D&A product features
·Proven experience in identifying opportunities through insights & trends leveraging data. Oversee data collection, storage, and quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security
·Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of D&A products via Adoption metrics, Operational KPIs, DQI, and other frameworks, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
·Partner with the data governance team (and data steward) to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain data integrity, security, and confidentiality.
·Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
·Collaborate with Stakeholders and Business Owners to ensure reliable, accessible, high-fidelity information within our tools to support Sales Capability
·Provide PMO leadership and manage and own all Digital product releases in collaboration with MDS teams.
·Provide PMO leadership for key Sales Digital projects (E-comm, OSA, RGM )
·Lead change management activities linked to Digital projects for the Sales Function, driving adoption and ways of working

Skills
·
·Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Information Systems/Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
·5+ years of proven experience in Commercial Transformation, or Digital / Data & Analytics transformation, preferably in CPG industry
·Demonstrated Change Leadership and success in influencing across large organizations and with senior leadership
·Experience in Data and Analytics or AI, with understanding of Data Visualization, Databases, Cloud Technologies, Data Modelling, ETL, Data Layers, Data Governance, Master Data and Metadata Management.
·Visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
·SQL, CI/CD experience required
·Understanding of Agile SDLC Methodologies.
·Experience working with Jira or ADO
·Experience with Data Cataloging and Data Observability tools.
·Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within defined timelines.
·Eagerness to constantly seek improvements in the tech stack, data practices, and data solutions.
·Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor.
·Strong communication skills with comfort in speaking with business stakeholders at all levels
