This role provides support to the Supervisor, CSC MA Operations by assisting in the oversight of MA customer service employees, helping to ensure quality service by monitoring inquiries, assisting employees in responding to customer concerns, and facilitating issue resolution. This role also contributes to improving customer experience by maintaining service standards, enhancing team performance, and supporting training efforts and process improvements.
\ \ This position is eligible to work onsite, remote, or hybrid (9 or more days a month onsite) in accordance with our Telecommuting Policy. Applicants must reside in Kansas or Missouri or be willing to relocate as a condition of employment.
- - This role includes hours that can range from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and can include weekend hours from October 1 through March 31.
