This job was posted by https://www.kansasworks.com : For more information, please see: https://www.kansasworks.com/jobs/13026220 Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Techno-Functional Consultant that will work cross functionally with Finance, and IT, for all end-user requests and the impact on the Finance module. They will coordinate with Finance, IT and end-users to provide a stable platform for monthly and other reporting cycles as required. Additionally, they will be tasked with leading and participating in corporate projects as they relate to the EPM application. Other responsibilities will include acting as a point of reference for complex system and processing issues, working with multiple resources to resolve, working on behalf of internal customers to gather and document business requirements. We are looking for someone that has proven successful in providing research and analysis related to project/production issues, is able to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and can act as a liaison between business customers, project teams, IT, and outside vendors.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in finance, financial systems, or systems interfacing with Finance field
• 3+ years of experience in a role with demonstrated ability to communicate with diverse groups of people inside and outside of the business
• Experience in finance or related field as an analyst with experience in system configuration, reporting, and integrations
• Experience working in Oracle Fusion
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of and experience with the development of business requirements, user acceptance testing and their supporting toolsets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Certification preferred
• Superb organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of organizational development and program operations.
• Ability to recognize and be responsive to the needs of the organization and staff.
• Prior System Administration experience is preferred.
• Experience providing training or insights to accounting and fiscal staff, raising awareness and knowledge of Oracle Fusion.
• Able to proactively suggest improvements to existing configurations, technologies, or procedures within Oracle ERP and EPM.
• Optimize financial processes.
• Documenting processes and ensuring compliance with financial management and accounting regulations
• Develop ERP reports, dashboards and KPI\'s
