About The Role:
As a CBRE IWMS Project Manager, you will lead one or more large technology projects and provide workplace advice to corporate occupiers of commercial real estate.
This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.
What You'll Do:
Manage all areas of project management for one or more IWMS projects.
Work directly with clients, collaborators and IT personnel to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
Advise the project delivery team by providing mentorship and direction to achieve goals.
Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Supervise the progress of each project and report status and variances.
Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
Collaborate across practice areas. This includes shared business development resources, assignment staffing, and marketing approaches.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately sophisticated issues that may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
Coordinate, schedule meetings/workshops and follow up on all actions pertaining to Design Specification/Standardization, Project Requirements, UAT, Quality Assurance check, Go-live and Hyper-care activities.
Identify BAU process and next steps when delivering close-out of project.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Preferred knowledge working within a PMO team
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a new point of view on existing solutions.
Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and balance problems.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the IWMS Project Manager position is $110,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $155,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
