Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Capture Coordinator (Remote) to support Veterans and Enterprise Technology Solution (VETS) Sector growth operations. Thispositionwill be a fully remote within the United States .

Responsibilities

Pipeline Management and Opportunity Research

• Generate and maintain Sector pipeline and custom opportunity reports in Salesforce

• Monitor opportunities in Sector markets (VA, ICE, IRS)

• Coordinate agenda for recurring growth scrums and pipeline meetings

• Research opportunities regarding incumbent, burn rate, expiration date, etc. using FPDS and other sources (Eg SAM.gov, Govwin, ebuy)

• Maintain Sector Sharepoint site

Proposal Management

• Manage Sector RFI responses

• Occasional proposal management and template development

• Occasional proposal support as requested by proposal teams

Capture Support

• Preparation of capture kickoff slide decks

• Competitive analyses to support Black Hat reviews

• Focused research assignments to support Sector captures

• Set up charge codes for individual pursuits

• Track B&P costs

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)

Desired Skills and Experience

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Salesforce and SharePoint

• Desire to support a team of executives with a clear growth mission and focus.

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Posted Salary Range

USD $95,000.00 - USD $115,000.00 /Yr.
