Job Description
We are looking for an AP Administrator who will be responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services to include, but not limited to, processing and monitoring payments and expenditures, ensuring finances are accurate and up to date and vendors and suppliers are paid within established time limits. This position will be full-time and remote.

What You’ll Do
Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
Assist in responding to emails from vendors and associates
Research and resolve vendor issues in a timely manner
Review and audit expense reports to ensure they comply with company issued Travel and Entertainment guidelines
Assist in the preparation and issuing of 1099s
Prepare or assist in preparing various financial or administrative reports
Processes, verifies, and pays employee expense reports and requests for advances
Processes and pays invoices by verifying transaction information, scheduling, preparing disbursements, and obtaining authorization of payment
Prepares batch check runs, wire transfers, and ACH transactions
Receives, researches, and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to the appropriate persons
What You'll Need
Required:
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Associates degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Knowledge of general accounting procedures
1 + years of ERP experience and knowledge of Workday is a plus
Strong Microsoft Office skills with a proficiency in Excel and Word
Ability to work well with others in a highly collaborative team-based environment
Ability to multitask and move to other tasks as necessary
Strong customer service skills required with an ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in written form)
Must be able to work independently
Demonstrated proficiency in data entry and data management
Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial matters
Organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
