Job Description
The Account Management Excellence Analyst is responsible for providing initiative coordination, research and analysis, and support for account management. This position is responsible for supporting complex initiatives, guiding training development, creating communications and providing direction on process improvement. This position is also responsible for collaborating with stakeholders across Prime to deliver business solutions to support Prime’s account management strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
Conduct research and analysis on business process and performance
Support, implement, and manage strategic and process improvement initiatives to achieve account management goals
Represent client-facing account teams as a subject matter expert in the development of business requirements for process change and/or project management
Ongoing support of best practices for SharePoint-based Client Portal and other tools, client-facing meetings, and quarterly engagement approach
Support evaluation, development and maintenance of rules of engagement, policies, procedures/processes and tools through an account management playbook to improve standard practices
Assist with client strategic planning processes
Timely management of training and communication plans for all activities
Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
2 years of related work experience in healthcare or insurance
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Additional Qualifications
Knowledge of best practice project methodologies in leveraging partnerships with business and technology project management offices
Experienced at meeting facilitation, conflict management, and consensus building
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including previous experience giving presentations
Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and ability to work under pressure with strict timelines
Preferred Qualifications
Pharmacy Benefit Plan (PBM) or healthcare industry experience
Knowledge of Enterprise intake, prioritization, and project execution processes
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point with working knowledge of SharePoint
Physical Demands
Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Potential pay for this position ranges from $66,000.00 - $106,000.00 based on experience and skills.
