POSITION SUMMARY:
The Administrative Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting Sr. Management Team in staff capacity by performing a wide variety of administrative functions of the office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Performs clerical duties such as keyboarding/typing, scheduling meetings/appointments and opening/distributing mail.
Coordinates collection and preparation of reports by collecting and compiling information.
Assembles monthly data from various providers into monthly Power Point presentation. Establishes and maintains a variety of files and records.
Checks and follows up on matters in progress to ensure specific actions are completed.
Answers the phone, return calls and forward callers to the appropriate person.
Orders supplies, business cards, postage stamps and associate recognition items. Assists with budget preparation. Reviews monthly budget reports. Gathers and lists capital expenditures in a report.
Assembles and arranges information for internal and external reporting for local and state governments.
Arranges and coordinates internal/external meetings and events.
Arranges and coordinates travel arrangements. Performs other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required : High School Diploma
Preferred Degree : College
Experience : 2-5 years of Administrative Assistant experience to Senior Management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:
Strong organizational, expediting, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
Excellent computer skills required. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Access, Excel and Power Point). Excellent Internet skills required.
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.

Additional Position Requirements:
May perform one of the following Distribution Center functions: loads or unloads trailers by hand; fills customer orders by inspecting merchandise and matching merchandise to order; stocks merchandise to ensure availability of items; packs customer orders for shipment; selects and verifies product for fulfillment and routes to the next area or packs for shipping; assign and reassign pick locations based on information from reports and maintain an accurate listing of all locations; sorts merchandise as appropriate; process, ticket or sort merchandise for retail locations; performs returns processing for customer orders; or cleans and repairs different reel models and determines if repair is under warranty.
Ability to pay close attention to detail and must work well with numbers.
Must be able to walk and stand for entire shift, use a step ladder, and consistently lift 50 lbs
Ability to communicate with fellow employees in a courteous and professional manner and be a team player.
Availability to work a flexible schedule with mandatory overtime as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
