What you will enjoy doing

  • In this role you will identify, register & qualify new suppliers and process the required documentation to include in the company approved supplier list
  • Further, you will administer and continuously maintain supplier database to ensure that all required data is available, correct and up to date
  • You will participate in the research of supplier commercial data and spend analytics used to support the development of supplier procurement strategies and adopt related strategies to your working environment
  • You will support the project buying group with supplier quotes, if required
  • You will expedite orders, interact with vendors to assure work are on schedule, if required
  • Additionally, you will organize local, cross-border and international shipments for Linde TMD parts

What makes you great

  • You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in one of the following majors: Supply Chain, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any other related discipline.
  • You have previous experience, preferably in a manufacturing business environment and knowledge of and ability to apply fundamentals of procurement.
  • Excellent business acumen is needed for this role.
  • You have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office. SAP/ MM, SAP Ariba and other discipline specific software applications are preferred.
  • You have excellent communication skills internally and outside the company, an open mindset, and the ability to take lead on initiatives.

Hourly Pay Range: 22.00USD - 34.00USD
