PRIMARY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Coordinate & support key CS suppliers for outsourced repairs / services of capital equipment. 2. Provide technical knowledge of equipment & maintain vendor relationships on a technical level. 3. Supports SAMs in Tonawanda for materials, knowledge of equipment and services offered to our clients. 4. CS Projects - SAP management of material structures and parts processing, & management of new materials. 5. Coordination of expedited vendor services & materials in time sensitive applications. 6. Knowledge of machine design with respect to the following disciplines: electrical / software 7. Support Technical Managers with internal support programs such as service bulletins, vibration analysis, calibration, preventative and predictive services, etc. 8. Technical support for Customer Service personnel worldwide with primary responsibility on European market support. 9. Coordinator of CS internal programs. 10. Coordinate activities for rebuild and refurbishment of capital equipment. 11. Coordinate technical support for Business Development activities. 12. Conduct / Assist in CS Dept. audits as required. 13. Develop new technologies and changing environments from vendors / suppliers. 14. Consistently observe and promote SHEQ site requirements. 15. Coordinator of project upgrades to capital equipment. 16. Coordinates with logistics / production departments on CS projects and upgrades. 17. Coordinates warranty processing of parts / materials with vendors. 18. Create SAP structures / BOMs, project reporting and materials management. 19. Perform electrical engineering review on CS projects / upgrades.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 1. Associates Degree OR 2-4 years related technical work experience. 2. Fundamentals in panel design, 24VDC through 480VAC design, UL & CE directives, safety circuits, machine control, PLC system architecture, instrumentation. 3. Well organized with ability to schedule own and Service Engineering teamwork load. 4. Experience and skill in technical liaison with vendors and customer in both written and verbal forms. 5. Must operate in self-directed manner with efficiency and strong communication skills. 6. Hands on experience with large scale process equipment. 7. Ability to create accurate detailed QARs for various Freeze Dryer upgrades and other capital equipment as required.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS: 1. Overtime as needed. 2. Travel as needed, national and international.
