What you will enjoy doing
- You will be the single point of contact for all commercial points related to Technical Engineered Specific (TES) components (e.g. gearboxes, packaging, coolers) for global suppliers, including life cycle management, overall supplier relationship and strategic alliances, frame agreements, proposals and purchases, aftermarket support and escalation of non-performance
- In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of supply chain activities for TES components - i.e. selecting bidders, designing contracts, negotiating commercial conditions and prices, expediting and logistics for multi-million Dollar items in the field of rotating equipment
- Responsibility to manage and develop TMD's (Turbomachinery Design and Manufacturing) vendor base to optimize QCD (quality, cost, delivery) in collaboration with other departments is part of your role
- You will create, negotiate, and maintain local frame agreements for equipment, materials, and engineering
- Additionally, you will stay up to date on supplier capacities and lead times to effectively communicate risks back to project team and business for use in the proposal and project process
- Driving continuous improvement of supplier portfolio, processes, systems and tools in collaboration with Global Procurement team is part of your role
- You will follow procurement standards and quality systems to ensure compliance with procurement minimum requirements and work processes
What makes you great
- You have a bachelor's degree in Procurement/ Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields; MBA preferred
- You have a related work experience (Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field) in the manufacturing or gas processing industry
- You have strong negotiation and analytical skills
- You have effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the organization
- You have effective time management and organizational skills and the ability to work well with both customers and suppliers, in fast-paced, self-directed environment
- You must have strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
- You have the possibility to travel up to 10%

Salary Pay Range: 63, 375 USD - 109, 850USD
