What you will enjoy doing

  • In this role you will act as a critical member of the proposal and/or project management team together with the Project Director or Manager, Project Procurement Manager, and Project Construction Manager
  • You will lead multi-disciplinary global engineering efforts in the preparation of technical deliverables in collaboration with Linde Engineering team and external parties
  • Also, you will ensure the engineering design meets contractual obligations, is safely delivered on time, and within budget with the required quality
  • Develop the Engineering Execution Strategy and provide input to the Project Execution Strategy
  • Also, you will proactively manage risks and changes to the engineering scope, schedule, and budgeted quantities, as well as coordinating and leading internal and external design reviews with the support of discipline leads
  • Identify and coordinate resolution of technical issues and resource constraints in support of the Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Construction teams
  • You will ensure alignment of engineering activities with the overall project schedule and project plans by using effective technical coordination internally and with clients or third-party representatives

What makes you great

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and more than twelve (12) years of experience in LNG, Natural Gas, Refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, or Industrial Gas Industry as well as an understanding of codes and regulations pertaining to facility design and engineering
  • Additionally, you have more than eight (8) years of experience in a Project Engineering or engineering discipline lead role
  • You have a proven record in managing a broad range of projects including large ($100MM ) capital investments
  • Also, you have experience in the management of detailed engineering activities of modularized process plants is desirable
  • Knowledge of design reviews, HAZOP / P& ID reviews, customer/supplier interface, and construction
  • In addition, you have experience in working with municipalities on permit submittal requirements and site planning
  • You have effective change management skills including an awareness of commercial impacts
  • Ability to work within the office, supplier shops, construction, and operating plant environments as required

Salary Pay Range: 103, 875USD - 180, 050USD
