Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Global Change Manager to lead and implement change management deliverables for a U.S.-based pilot project. This role will involve end-to-end project oversight using a Waterfall methodology, with tasks including planning, implementing, and reporting on progress to executive teams and advisory boards. This role requires an autonomous, adaptable individual who can identify risks, articulate strategic insights, and engage stakeholders effectively in a consultancy capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full cycle of change management deliverables from planning to execution.
Drive stakeholder management and maintain effective communication channels.
Conduct impact assessments and map current state to future state.
Establish change networks to support transformation initiatives.
Report on project progress, review deliverables, and participate in executive and advisory meetings (bi-weekly).
Execute tasks independently with minimal guidance.
Requirements
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Change, Change Management, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in Change Management, with a preference for backgrounds in financial or system implementation.
Certifications: CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) is a plus.
Technical Skills: General proficiency with collaboration tools and systems. Knowledge of Articulate 360 and Camtasia is a bonus.
Must-Have Skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and stakeholder management.
Leadership in change management and impact assessment expertise.
Adaptability and independence in driving change management deliverables.
Ability to clearly articulate technical proficiencies and system knowledge.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in consulting and transformation change projects.
Background in systems implementation.
