We are looking for an eager & friendly Mobile Associate excited to join our Ameritel/T-Mobile team! Experience in wireless or cellular stores is a definite plus!
Mobile Associate Description:
The Mobile Associate or MA enjoys a dynamic and high energy environment. Responsibility to provide an outstanding customer service experience in the retail location by assisting new and existing customers with their unique technology needs and problem-solving issues. The MA should be able to position and sell Ameritel products against the competition in the wireless industry and tailor their recommendations through identifying customer's needs. As a member of a store team, they will strive toward helping the store achieve its financial and customer service goals.

Mobile Associate Responsibilitiesand Duties:
Able to hit all sales goals in a timely manner.
Provide exceptionalcustomer service to individuals visiting the store, including greetingcustomers, answering phones and assessing their needs.
Exceed monthly revenue/sales goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existingcustomer's accounts to identify revenue opportunities, and excelling in qualitymetrics.
Assist with allfunctions within a retail sales store in compliance with policies andprocedures.
Work with storemanagement in opening, closing and operating the retail facility, including butnot limited to cash handling, inventory count and deposits as governed byoperations control standards.
Complete accuratepaperwork and sales transactions according to company policies and procedures.
Assist customers withservice activation, changes and bill payments, responding to billing inquireequipment replacement, selling accessories and processing price plan changesand upgrades.
Engage in serviceselling and right fitting the customer with the appropriate total technologysolution.
Mobile Associate Qualificationsand Skills:
Retail, sales, wirelessexperience is a MUST!
Wirelessor cellular experience with selling electronics and plans.
Experiencein retail sales or another selling environment with a strong customerservice focus.
Professional,energetic and positive attitude.
Abilityto analyze results, plan for the future, make good decisions, and takeresponsibility.
Excellentwritten and verbal/interpersonal communications skills
Flexiblescheduling availability; reliable transportation.
CompletedHigh school diploma/GED.
Mustbe able to stand for long periods of time on the sales floor
