Robert Half Lease Administration Analyst in Toms River, New Jersey

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Lease Administration Analyst in Toms River, New Jersey. In the role, you will be an integral part of our team, focusing on managing and interpreting leases, supporting new store onboarding, and working closely with internal systems and client vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret commercial leases, highlighting key dates and important call-outs

• Support the onboarding process for new stores

• Collaborate with client vendors for seamless operations

• Utilize internal client systems to create rent and issue Date Certificates

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

• Apply your lease interpretation skills for commercial properties

• Utilize your Microsoft Office suite skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook

• Ensure all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date in the real estate database

• Respond to inquiries or complaints from clients and co-workers effectively

• Demonstrate excellent written communication skills while handling correspondence

• Exhibit high level of organization and detail-orientation in all tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites

• Experience in delivering Training sessions

• Familiarity with Procedures related to leasing and administration

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes

• Ability to handle Invoice generation and Payment Processing

• Understanding of Budget Processes in a corporate setting

• Experience in managing Cash Activity

• Ability to Review and audit financial documents

• Experience with Database Design and management

• Audit experience, especially in the field of lease administration

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for detail oriented correspondence

• Experience in Supervising teams or projects

• Familiarity with time management tool 'About Time'

• Background in Finance, particularly related to leasing or real estate

• Ability to perform Reconciliations of accounts or financial records

• Experience dealing with Vendors in a detail oriented setting

• Experience in Onboarding new team members or clients

• Proficient in detail oriented Correspondence, both written and verbal

• Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial analyses as required

• Knowledge of Real Estate and leasing laws and regulations

• Understanding of Tax implications in lease agreements

• Expertise in Financial Analysis, particularly in the context of lease agreements
