JOB REQUIREMENTS: Join team at the 2024 #1 Plant in Ocean Spray! Ocean Spray is Now Hiring Machine Operators at the Tomah Processing Plant. The plant sits on 140 Acres and is 75,000 square feet and produces Sweetened Dried Cranberries (Craisins). The Machine Operator position is a 12-hour rotating shift from 4pm-4am with rotating weekends off with a starting pay rate of \$24.37 plus a shift differential of \$1.25 per hour. The position is a year-round position, working indoors with three 30-minute paid breaks. Machine Operators complete required lab checks timely, ensuring the quality of our raw materials and product. He/she uses in-house applications for recordkeeping and inputting for in utilized systems (e.g. Maximo and SAP). Other duties include numbering batches, completing full/partial confirmations, controls and inventory, operating a scale, and supporting other plant production needs as requested by management.
