Your responsibilities thyssenkrupp is searching for a Manager at our Toledo, OH location. This person will work a mid/afternoon shift form 12pm-10am overseeing our warehouse operations in support of Stellantis. Responsibilities include: Meet all production and distribution objectives within Budge. Teach work activities to team members. Conduct Performance Reviews. Coordinate, assign, review work. Direct staff. Ensure team members receive safety procedures, equipment, training on standards, disciplinary process and company policy. Maintain communications with all cusotmers and supplies. Effective record keeping. Reporting accidents and incidents in a timely manner. Apply problem solving techniques. Other assigned duties. Your profile Minimum Qualifications: Basic math and reading obtained by high school diploma or equivalent. Basic Computer skills. Interpersonal skills to communicate with plant manager and other staff. Demonstrate ability to understand equipment and tolerances. Warehouse experience with forklift, packing, and measuring. Must demonstrate Leadership and team building skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred.
