This position performs a variety of skilled ]{times="" new="" roman""=""} [mechanical and general maintenance duties and tasks, as required and directed, to ]{times="" new="" roman""=""} [properly maintain the facility and provide event support.]{times="" new="" roman""=""} [ Facility Maintenance Duties and Responsibilities:]{times="" new="" roman""=""} [• Performs a variety of skilled building maintenance and repair tasks including but ]{times="" new="" roman""=""} [not limited to: Carpentry; plumbing; painting; plaster and drywall repairs; floor ]{times="" new="" roman""=""} [patching and repairs; door and window repair; all other general and preventative ]{times="" new="" roman""=""} [building maintenance and repairs as required for the safe and continuous operation ]{times="" new="" roman""=""} [of the facility]{times="" new="" roman""=""} [• Performs preventive maintenance and minor repairs on ASM's equipment; fixtures ]{times="" new="" roman""=""} [and machinery.]{times="" new="" roman""=""} [• Assists with preventive and routine maintenance on H.V.A.C. equipment and ]{times="" new="" roman""=""} [systems. Must be able to operate the BMS system and lighting control system.]{times="" new="" roman""=""} [• Completes assigned written work orders in a timely fashion; completes follow up ]{times="" new="" roman""=""} [documentation for written work orders.]{times="" new="" roman""=""} [Event Support Duties and Responsibilities:]{times="" new="" roman""=""} [• The GMT position performs and assists with a variety of set, service and strike ]{times="" new="" roman""=""} [related tasks for event support in the center exhibit halls, pre-function, locker room]{times="" new="" roman""=""} [and banquet rooms]{times="" new="" roman""=""} [• Performs and assists in the installation of temporary electrical service in the center; ]{times="" new="" roman""=""} [front and back of house; exhibit halls, pre-function areas and banquet rooms.]{times="" new="" roman""=""} [• Performs and assists in the installation of audio and visual reinforcement equipment ]{times="" new="" roman""=""} [(ie: microphones, mixes etc.) to meet clients requirements.]{times="" new="" roman""=""} []{times="" new=""}
