PepsiCo North America Beverages Associate Admin Assistant in Toledo, Ohio

Overview This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by providing administrative support to Toledo, Ohio Location. Responsibilities - Respond to or Create Accounts Receivable cases via SAP - Organize and maintain accurate records, both electronically and hard copy - Distribute AR reports weekly - Monitor emails and phone calls, providing quick and accurate follow up - Adhere to Control and Compliance guidelines in all areas of business - Assist Settlement Admin and act as back up for vacation - Provide information to incoming callers or direct to someone to assist - Processing area location donations and maintaining updated files via Donation Sharepoint site - Maintain accurate and organized document archiving while executing PepsiCo Document Record Retention policy concerning all required administrative processes supported - Work on special projects as necessary (stakeholder engagement, cultural committee, etc) Compensation and Benefits: - The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950. - Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. - Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. - In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
