Your responsibilities Job Summary Assists in the completion of the department's daily operations by performing assigned tasks, various office functions, and duties in an accurate and timely manner as they pertain to the running of the department in a smooth and organized fashion. Job Description Key Accountabilities: Maintain filing systems, handle incoming/outgoing faxes, and distribute U.S and interoffice mail/reports with accuracy Run and prepare necessary reports Organize, purchase, and keep inventory of office supplies Prepare expense vouchers Perform basic data entry Assist other office personnel with any additional projects as needed Monitor and/or back up telephone switchboard Participate, initiate, or audit lean projects The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirement for the performance of this job.
