Description:

Finance Teamは、IA (売上監査)、AR(売掛金)、AP(買掛金)、GC(小口現金)に担当分けされていて、日々、月次、年次の収支を把握するためにそれぞれが作業をしています。また、ホテル内で使用する物品等を購入する購買担当も、大枠では同じ部署になります。

ホテルは生き物と言われるとおり、日々色々な出来事やドラマがあります。私たちは、お客様に直接お会いすることはほとんどありませんが、ホテル内でのご宿泊やご飲食などにおける出来事は、最終的に数字となって経理部に到着しますので、数字を通してお客様の動向やホテル全体の状況を把握することができます。

経理部で作る収支に関する資料は、各部署が短期的・長期的な営業・運営計画を立てたり、目標やターゲットを設定したりする際の判断材料となります。また、ホテルが経営上の方向性を定める際の道標となる場合もあります。経理の資料はとても細かくて複雑ですが、数字から色々なことを読み取ることができるので、見慣れてくると非常に面白く、奥が深いと感じます。

ホテルが健全な状態で運営されるように、日々予算やお金の流れをしっかり管理することも私たちの大切な仕事の1つです。常に数字を扱い、ミスが許されない緊張感のある仕事ばかりですが、部内ではアットホームな雰囲気を作って楽しく仕事ができるよう心がけています。また、事務的な処理に終始せず、部内外において積極的にコミュニケーションをとることも重要だと考えています。

You can grasp the overall situation of the hotel.

The income and expenditure documents prepared by the accounting department serve as materials for each department to make decisions when formulating short-term and long-term sales and operational plans and setting goals and targets. It may also serve as a guidepost for hotels in determining their management direction. Accounting materials are very detailed and complicated, but you can read a lot of things from the numbers, so once you get used to looking at them, you'll find them very interesting and profound.

One of our important tasks is to manage the daily budget and cash flow to ensure that the hotel operates in a healthy manner. The work is stressful, as we are constantly dealing with numbers, and there is no room for error, but we strive to create a homely atmosphere within the department so that you can enjoy your work. We also believe that it is important to actively communicate both within and outside the department, rather than just doing administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

ホテルでの経理業務経験 2年以上

日本での商習慣での業務経験 2年以上

日本語 スキル ビジネスレベル以上ネイティブレベル

英語スキル 中級以上(日常会話ができれば問題ありません)

2 years or more of accounting work experience at a hotel

2 years or more of work experience in Japanese business practices

Japanese skills: Business level or higher, native level

English skills: Intermediate or above (no problem as long as you can have daily conversations)
