IHG 宿泊予約マネージャー(管理職)/ Reservations Manager in Tokyo, Japan

【必要な経験・スキル】

• 管理職としての宿泊部門での業務経験(5年以上) 

  もしくは、予約部門・フロントオフィスでの業務経験(2年以上)

• Opera(PMS)のスキル・知識

• 人員管理、社員・チームマネジメント並びに育成経験

• 関係部門と連携しがら問題を解決する能力・経験

• 推理、動機づけの能力、組織、訓練する能力

• Director of Revenueの業務補佐経験

  • Minimum of five years' experience in a management position in the hospitality industry or minimum of two years' experience in a reservations or front office environment.

  • Opera (PMS) skills and knowledge

  • Experience in people management, staff and team leadership and development

  • Ability and experience in working with relevant departments to resolve issues

  • Ability to persuade, motivate, organise and train.

  • Experience in supporting the Director of Revenue
