事業部紹介

コマーシャルブランディング＆トランスポーテーション事業部では、建築の内外装品、グラフィックス製品、標識・標示材、コマーシャルケア製品などを取り扱っています。日本に技術拠点があり、世界中の3Mと連携して新製品の研究・開発を行っています。多くの製品は日本の山形工場で製造・加工され、デザインチームも多くの製品や販促に携わっています。

販売部紹介

コマーシャルビルディングマーケット販売部は、建築内外装品（例：3M™ ダイノック™ フィルム、3M™ ウインドウフィルム、3M™ ファサラ™ ガラスフィルム）を主に販売する部門です。これらの製品は市場を創造・拡大し、長年にわたり市場を牽引してきた歴史と高い品質を誇ります。常に新しい製品群を市場に導入するイノベーティブなマーケットリーダーとして、強いブランド力を持っています。日本を代表する著名な建築物での採用も多く、大手クライアント（例：施主、設計、ゼネコン）へのスペックインが主な役割です。

主な業務内容

• 担当キーアカウント（例：施主、設計、ゼネコン）へのスペックイン活動

• 担当特約店、プロジェクトにおける売上目標の達成およびマネジメント

• 成長プログラム（例：展示会、説明会、Webinar）の計画と実施

• 顧客ニーズのヒアリングと最適なソリューション（例：製品、施工方法）の提案

• 主要案件の需要情報の早期把握と納期調整

• 新規顧客の開拓および既存顧客のフォローアップ

• 関係者と連携した新製品の市場導入支援と拡販

• ハイブリッド（セールスのため顧客訪問が基本）

応募条件

必須条件:

• 最終学歴四大卒以上（専攻問わず）

• ビジネスレベル以上の日本語スキル（読・書・聴・話）

• 営業もしくはマーケティング経験3年以上

歓迎条件:

• 建築・建材関連、サイン業界などの営業経験者

• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル

• マルチカルチャーなコミュニケーションの経験者

• 普通自動車運転免許
