このポジションでは、Amazonの次の成長領域である食料品ビジネス（日本では1.5 兆円規模でありながらEC率が 3%未満である領域）に貢献する機会があります。S&OPスペシャリストとして、食料品ビジネスの需要予測とボリューム計画を週次で行い、お客様のニーズを最大限に満たす計画を立案します。また、多面的な分析を通じて運用コスト削減の機会を探り、さまざまなチームを巻き込んでコスト削減を実行する職務も担います。このポジションでは、長期的なパフォーマンスを最適化するために戦略的および戦術的に思考し、複数の優先事項を処理し、曖昧な環境であっても自身で判断を下す能力を備えていることが期待されます。

Amazon Grocery Logistics (AGL) team seeks a passionate and results-oriented Senior Specialist to help drive short term volume planning and attainment management. In this position you can have an opportunity to contribute Amazon’s next growth in JPY 1.5 Trillion food business where E-Commerce rate is still less than 3% in Japan. As the Specialist S&OP volume and attainment, you will be running the weekly cadence for the generation of demand and volume planning across our grocery business network for Capacity Planning to ensure the organization is well prepared to meet our customer needs. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to reduce operational cost through multi-dimensional analysis and implementing them with involving various teams. The successful candidate will have the ability to think both strategically and tactically to optimize for long-term performance, handle multiple priorities, and take independent decisions in an often times ambiguous environment.

Key job responsibilities

・食料品ビジネスにおける弊社フルフィルメントセンターの数値計画を週次で発行する

・事業計画・業務制約・労働力などのインプットを把握し7～21日および13週間の計画を最新かつ正確な状態で管理する

・詳細分析に基づいた予実差の乖離解消に向けたアクションの実行と、継続的な計画制度の向上

・最適な在庫量と入荷形態を実現しオペレーションのワークロードを平準化する

・データ分析・要因分析に基づいたコスト改善を実行する

・Techチーム・PMチームと協業し、新規ツール・システム導入と業務プロセスを構築する

・Operate the volume planning for the Fulfillment Centers with weekly cadence.

・Create a plan of the 7-21 day and 13 week horizon by managing inputs from business plans, operational constraints and labor plans, and maintain all outputs accurate and updated.

・With giving detailed insight into variances versus planned volumes, execute countermeasures to resolve the variances, and also continuously improve forecasting accuracy.

・Realize the optimal inventory volume and arrival form and then optimize the workload in FC operations.

・Reduce operation cost by analyzing data and the drivers of forecast misses/opportunities to provide optimized operation.

・Working with technology teams and product managers to implement new tools/systems, build end to end operation processes for the growth of the business.

Basic Qualifications

• Supply Chain業務経験3年以上

• 限られた監督下・曖昧な環境であっても自身で判断を下す能力

• エクセルスキル（ピボットテーブル、統計分析など）

• 基本的なSQLスキル（データ取得と分析）

• ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語（文書および口頭でのコミュニケーション）

• 学士号

• 3+ years industry experience in Supply Chain Management

• Ability to take independent decisions under limited supervision or/and in an often times ambiguous environment with self-motivated

• Intermediate Level of Excel (Pivot Table, Statistical Analysis)

• Basic level of SQL language for acquisition data and analysis

• Business level of Japanese & English (both written & verbal communication)

• Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

• 業務計画、生産管理、売上予測などの定量的・統計的な分析経験

• 3年以上の社内外ステークホルダーを巻き込んだプロジェクトマネジメント経験

• TOEIC 800点以上

• Quantitative/statistical analytical experience for Operation Planning, Production Management, Sales Forecast etc.

• 3+ years total experience in project management and execution with various internal/external stakeholders

• TOEIC: 800+ Score
