Description
Amazon is looking for a big-thinking leader to transform the way we support brands looking to grow their business on Amazon. This role calls for someone who is a highly effective Product Manager - Tech with a proven passion for 2 things: (1) leveraging latest technology to help millions of vendors grow faster, and (2) delivering inventive ideas and driving mass adoption so vendors have the know-how in the quickest time possible.
You are responsible for the full end-to-end vendor experience and creating best-in-class tools, software and products to help brands become experts at selling on Amazon. You will work closely with cross functional partners including product, operations and tech partners to: (a) map out the pain points brands face when trying to self-serve on Amazon, (b) specify the technical solutions needed to scale training across thousands of vendors, (c) build the content plan with internal experts and external agencies, and (d) measure, inspect and improve performance metrics.

Day to day ownership will span across the following: product roadmap, technical tools roadmap working with our engineering team, learning objectives, content development, business metrics (adoption, satisfaction, preparedness and measuring long-term impact).
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
