・AIやロボット支援手術、画像支援手術は現在日本の抱える大きな問題、少子高齢化、医師・医療従事者の働き方改革、学習効率化を支援するソリューションの一つです。

・最新のAIやロボットテクノロジーを搭載した手術支援機器、画像診断装置などを販売し、より安全で確実な手術を患者さんに提供する新しいスタンダードを作っていきましょう。

・まだ導入期製品の専門セールスのため、販売戦略→PR→販売→フォローアップのすべてが経験できる専門性の高い職責です。将来のキャリア形成にも役立てるポジションだと思います。

Main Responsibilities

医療従事者や代理店に対し当社が扱う製品の営業活動を行っていただきます。業務内容には以下が含まれます。

・MAZOR X（脊椎手術用ロボットシステム）、Stealthstation（手術用ナビゲーションシステム）、O-arm（画像診断装置）の営業、販売促進、フォローアップ

・上記製品の医療従事者向け向けデモンストレーション、ワークショップの実施、導入フォローアップ体制の整備

・上記製品の販売戦略の実行と管理、地域営業担当、マーケティングチーム、CSチームなどとの連携

・会議、勉強会などの参加、研究会、セミナー、学会展示などのサポート

Must Haves

Knowledge/Education：

大学卒（同等レベル）、学士以上

　

Job Experience：　

以下、いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

・医療機器業界でのセールス/マーケテイング/カスタマーサポートの経験5年以上

・大型医療機器のセールス経験

・コメディカル（脊椎、脳神経外科の手術立ち合い経験、および関連医療機器の知識・理解をお持ちの方）

Competencies/Language Skills：　

・熱意をもって行動できる方

・継続した学習意欲と成長意欲をお持ちの方

・高いコミュニケーション力

・プレゼンテーションスキル

・プロジェクトマネジメント

・自己管理

Computer Skills: PowerPoint/Word/Excel

Physical Requirements:

・宿泊を伴う国内出張が可能なこと

・普通自動車免許

Nice to Have

・英語、エックス線作業主任者 *推奨
