We are looking for Sales Manager who is eager to grow business to meet recurring revenue growth targets in assigned verticals and territories by utilizing professional selling skills to gain knowledge of End Customer Accounts' needs in order to provide ScentAir scenting solutions. To share up-to-date customer insights with ScentAir marketers, customer care & inside sales to meet customer retention target. 

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create Demand for Business to Meet RMR Sales Growth Targets

  • Manage and drive the complete sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting/ cold calling, presentation to client, proposal writing, negotiations, closing opportunities, and post-sales follow-up

  • Actively manage, drive and grow sales pipeline and activities to exceed sales budget

  • Provide sales report including sales pipeline and sales forecast

  • Provide market analysis that leads to industry / territory / client expansion target

  • Actively pursue acquisition, penetration of End Customer Accounts in the targeted verticals and territories, and price increase implementation

  • Coordinate with internal operations, marketing and key functional departments to complete the sales order             

  • Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of key competitors

  • 業界 / 地域 / 顧客拡大目標につながる市場分析の提供

  • 社内のオペレーション、セールス、マーケティング等、各部門との調整

  • 主要な競合他社の活動や製品の監視および評価

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree

  • 3 year sales experience in business-to-business environment

  • Strong Prospecting skills, New Accounts Development skills, with solution selling experience (not transactional selling)

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across the business

  • Identifying problems, drawing connections from various pieces of data, and taking action to proactively solve

  • Result oriented, outgoing personality, presentable

  • Native Japanese or JLPT N2 above.  Good command of spoken and written English 

  • Confident in communicating to various levels of customer organisation

  • Computer literacy and familiar with Microsoft Excel,  Word, and PowerPoint.  Knowledge on Salesforce application is preferred

  • Communicate efficiently and effectively to superior and colleagues in all functions required a need to perform duties

     

  • 3年以上のダイレクトセールスの経験

  • 新規開拓やダイレクトセールスで確かな実績を持つ営業経験者

  • 売上目標を達成する意欲があること

  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人スキル

  • 学習能力が高く、自主的に行動できる

  • 高度な日本語能力(会話・読み書き)

  • 英語能力(会話・読み書き / 英検2級程度・TOEIC 650-700) 

  • Microsoft Word、Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint、CRMツール(Salesforce.comなど)に習熟していること
