About the role

The Rewards Professional develops recommendations, plans and monitors rewards delivery to ensure that the total rewards offered to employees are in line with market benchmarks & performance.

You are responsible for

・Fully responsible for roll out and execution of processes in line with rewards policies, practices and processes in Philips

・Support, guide and provide subject matter expertise to HR managers, line managers in the countries and recruiters with rewards matters, grading and job evaluations, salary and benefits policies, international mobility practices etc.

・Ensures that reward plans for each employee are in line with established rewards policies and local legislation requirements

・Contributes to the design of global rewards policies, processes and tools, by collecting and analyzing results from global and local benchmarking partners and collecting business requirements and market developments

You are a part of

・Contributes to the design of rewards policies, processes and tools under the limited guidance of a more experienced professional

・Specifies new processes, standards based on reward strategy and sets tactical plans

・Has broad knowledge in own work area (rewards /international mobility) acquired through education and experience on a broad range of topics in rewards and benefits

・Responsible for timely and accurate processes and procedures

・Is able to handle difficult questions and issues that sometimes require non-standard solutions

・Operates in a market where size of the business and geographical spread brings about complexity of operations

・Works autonomously within established procedures and practices

・Through learning on the job and coaching by more senior professionals on the way to become a seasoned professional that can handle the most complex topics in rewards

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in a related field

  • Has 5 years of relevant working experience, with at least 2 years’ experience in area of rewards

  • Logical and flexible mindset with excellent numerical, analytical skills

  • People management experience preferred

  • Fluent in Japanese and English both speaking and writing

  • Proficiency in Office applications, broad knowledge on web applications in general

  • Superior interpersonal skill

【試用期間】試用期間あり(原則として入社日より6ヶ月)

【就業場所】本社オフィス(東京都港区麻布台1-3-1 麻布台ヒルズ森JPタワー15階)

【就業時間】9:00-17:30 休憩時間:原則として12:00-13:00

【休日】毎週土(所定休日)、日曜日(法定休日)、国民の祝日、年末年始(12月29日-1月4日)

【給与】基本給+インセンティブ (変動賞与) 年1回(3月支給)

※インセンティブは会社業績、部門業績、個人評価によって変動して支給されます。

※年度途中入社者は対象期間中日割計算あり
