The Project Manager for Cytiva is responsible for small to mid-size project management. 医薬品製造機器（システム製品）プロジェクトとして、ヨーロッパチームと連携して、見積から出荷試験・受入試験（FAT/SAT）等の輸入品の検査、納入後のアフターサービスまでを担当いただきます。医薬品業界に求められるデータ/文書の適格性や、システム製品であることに由来する広く複雑な技術、契約に基づいた取り扱いなど、プロジェクトチームのテクニカルリーダーとして複雑な業務を担当します。医薬品製造に関する専門的な知識はご入社いただいてから学んでいただけます。命にかかわる病気を治療する薬やワクチンなどの開発・製造に貢献できるやりがいのあるポジションです。

This position is part of the Custom Engineering Team located in Shinjuku, Tokyo and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• 見積に関するテクニカルな部分のサポートおよびコスト計算

• 生産工場への発注、必要な資材の購入手続き

• 海外を含む生産工場においての出荷前検査

• 納品時の試運転管理

• 各種ドキュメンテーションの作成

• クライアントからの技術的な質問への回答

• 営業チームへのテクニカルサポート

Who you are:

• 機械もしくは電気に関する実務経験、もしくは医薬品や食品の製造工程に関する経験（ 2年以上目安）

• 初級レベルの英語力（読み書きおよび簡単なスピーキング力）

• 関連する様々な情報をドキュメントに落とし込むことが得意な方

• コミュニケーションスキル

• プロジェクトのリーダーとして自ら推進していく力

• 運転免許（出張先でレンタカーを使用します。出張頻度は月1回～2回程度、1・2泊～数週間）
