このポジションは、卸売業者や小売業者を含む主要顧客グループとのビジネス関係をリードします。 KPIを達成し、収益性の高い売上成長を達成するために、機会を特定し、障害を克服し、顧客との計画を立案し、交渉し、実行する責任を負います。

This role leads the business relationship with key customers, including wholesalers and retailers. It is responsible for identifying opportunities, overcoming obstacles, planning, negotiating and executing plans with customers to achieve KPIs and drive profitable sales growth.

What You Can Expect

  • 各顧客のビジネス、戦略、目標を深く理解し、 データとインサイトを効果的に活用することでビジネスの機会と脅威を浮き彫りにし、ビジネス上の意思決定を推進します。

  • 卸や小売業者と相互に有益な関係を構築し、 価格設定、商品ポートフォリオ、取引条件、販促活動、店頭露出拡大と活性化など、顧客計画の策定と実行をします。また、 半期毎の顧客との進捗会議・商談を計画し、リードします。

  • 多様な顧客を適切に管理し、正確な需要予測を立案し、販促プログラムの効果及び効率性を随時モニターし、リベートその他予算を適正に配分することで収益性の高いビジネスの成長を促進します。

  • 営業企画統括部、トレードマーケティング部、その他の部門と部門横断的に協力し、課題や機会、今後の計画、業績、ビジネスで得られた知見に関して様々なステークホルダーと透明性のある議論を行います。

  • Develop a deeper 360-degree understanding of each customer’s business, strategy, and goals. Utilize data & insight effectively to highlight opportunities and threats to the business and drive business decisions.

  • Build and manage mutually beneficial relationships with wholesalers and retailers.

  • Develop & execute customer plans, including pricing, portfolio, trading terms, promotions, and visibility & activations,

  • Plan and lead biannual customer negotiations.

  • Manage the client mix, develop accurate forecasts, and allocate trade investments to drive profitable business growth, monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of trade programs.

  • Collaborate with Sales Planning & Operations, Trade Marketing, and other cross-functional partners, and communicate transparently with stakeholders regarding issues & opportunities, plans, performance, and learning.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3年以上のFMCG業界における卸・小売とのネットワーク、アカウントマネジメント経験

  • 協調性のあるチームプレーヤーであり、強いコンフリクトマネジメントスキルを有する

  • 適応力があり、多少の困難も柔軟に克服することが出来る

  • 説得力のあるコミュニケーションスキル(影響力、傾聴力、プレゼンテーション能力、文書作成能力)を持つ。分析の結果を明確かつ簡潔に、そしてチャートやスライド等で図式化して説明できること。

  • 3+ years of account management experience in the FMCG industry with a network of customers (wholesale and retail)

  • Good business acumen and judgment based on strategic thinking

  • Honesty and integrity

  • Drive for results

  • Ability to build productive internal and external relationships with support from his/her manager and get buy-in for business recommendations

  • Proven ability to set clear direction, prioritize, organize and manage multiple business objectives to completion by specific deadlines

  • Collaborative team player with strong conflict management skills

  • Adaptable, flexible and resilient

  • Persuasive communication skills (influencing, listening, presenting, writing); able to explain sales and analytical results in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner

What Makes You Unique

  • プレミアム及びスーパープレミアム輸入スピリッツ業界(卸及び小売)における取引マージンやリベートに関する知識を有するアルコール業界経験者

  • 外資系企業(特に米国または欧州系企業)での勤務経験

  • 英語力

  • Alcohol industry experience with knowledge of trade margins and rebates, particularly in the premium and super-premium imported spirits industry (wholesale and retail).

  • Experience working for a foreign company, especially a U.S. or European company

  • English language proficiency
