As the Manager, IT, you will have an exceptional opportunity to lead and manage the IT support team located in APAC. You will play a critical role in delivering enterprise solutions and providing flawless technical support to our business end-users. Responsibilities:
Provide work direction and supervision to assigned technical support staff
Manage team schedules and workload assignments
Contribute to the planning and implementation of IT projects, including system upgrades and change management activities.
Administer and manage software applications, tools, and configurations
Collaborate with vendors and business colleagues to understand support needs and develop effective partnerships
Ensure global service levels and quality of service objectives are met through customer service quality and positive interactions with customers
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3+ year of team leadership responsibility
Experience in handling a multi-lingual and multi-cultural end-user support function
Experience working in a regulated environment
Knowledge of GxP regulations and CFR 21 Part 11 are helpful
Skills and Abilities:
Strong IT support skills for enterprise systems
Ability to work in a team structure and make decisions
Capacity to simplify demanding concepts for non-technical audiences
Strong people leadership skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
