Hyatt Event Planning - Department Head/ イベントプランニング - デパートメントヘッド in TOKYO, Japan

Description:

•Successfully, innovatively, and timely implement Commercial strategic initiatives and monitor for best-in-class results

•Ensure that high quality service standards are maintained through continuous reviews of processes and procedures

•Remain current on event trends to evaluate innovative ways for process/practice improvements and shares best practices

•Provide overall leadership and direction in all Events and Groups matters, and actively support the sales process.

•Serve as a highly visible, participatory leader who proactively engages with General Manager/Leadership Committee, Sales and Events Planning team members, external guests and suppliers

•Be an ambassador for customer service and team member care

Qualifications:

•Minimum Years of Experience: Four (5) years Hospitality related experience in Catering/Events.

•Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in hotel management.

•Business English and Japanese

•Demonstration of key attributes: Quality, Productivity, Customer Focus, Adaptability and Care

•Luxury or MICE hotel experience preferred
