As a Director of ERP Project Management, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success of projects, driving strategy, and delivering value to our clients. What you’ll do:

· Lead project delivery: budget, timelines, resources, scope, client expectations.

· Manage program-level solutions: terms, economics, schedule, quality.

· Secure senior management buy-in for critical plans, handle risks.

· Direct change management, aid clients in change processes.

· Align with stakeholder goals, ensure effective communication.

· Mentor team, oversee supplier/subcontractor relationships.

· Develop governance, control strategies; coordinate service levels, agreements, resource priorities; monitor, resolve delivery issues.

Skills and experiences

· Extensive project and service management experience for ERP solutions, particularly for Dynamics 365 F&SCM preferred.

· Showcase strong leadership skills with direct people management experience.

· Exhibit expertise in contract terms and interpretation.

· Proven ability to think systematically and logically while driving change in unstructured environments.

· Possess negotiation skills and strong business acumen.

· Showcase proficiency in Microsoft platform technologies and project management tools.

· Familiarity with Earned Value reporting.
