WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a coordinator who can enable and support the end-to-end seasonal Partners journey through digital and physical experiences to strive towards enhancing the brand to be our customer’s winning choice. The role of this coordinator supports the broader Partners Go-To-Market team execution for seasonal sell-in activity and sell-through support. The coordinator will act as a team player for all executions with high-level communication and possess excellent time management skills.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

For each season, you are required to prepare tools for both seasonal sell-in and sell-through activities. You will also lead several processes and drive tool activation. You are required to brainstorm initiatives on how to improve the quality and efficiency of the process by working together with Partners Go-To-Market team members and cross-functional teams.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

This role will directly report to the Partners Go-To-Market Director of Japan. You are also required to report to individual task owners of various processes and tools, depending on the situation and as a dotted-line report. You will build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with Market Place Leaders, Merchandising, Demand and Supply Management, etc. to deliver a shared result.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative work experience. Digital commerce with a tech-savvy background of being familiar with digital systems (e.g. site updates, standard software knowledge) or event management experience is also appreciated.

  • Ability to work effectively, build on ideas, and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.

  • Ability to work proactively with a strong attention to detail, and to meet deadlines while keeping time-sensitive processes.

  • Fluency in Japanese and English (minimum TOEIC 780+, business conversational level) required.
