Hyatt Concierge-コンシェルジュ チームリーダー in TOKYO, Japan

Description:

・ゲストからのお問い合わせへの対応業務

・ホテル周辺案内等、ゲストのあらゆる要望にお応えする業務

・Responding to inquiries from guests

・Providing information on the hotel's surroundings and other services to meet the needs of guests.

Qualifications:

●コンシェルジュ業務経験必須

●ビジネスレベル以上の英語力必須

●PC操作(エクセル・ワード)が出来る方

●読み・書き・会話のすべてにおいてプロフェッショナルで丁寧な言語能力

●問題解決力、対人能力、高いコミュニケーション能力、ゲストリレーション技術必須

●旅行業界/ホテル業界の必要な知識

・Experience in concierge work required

・Business level English or above required

・Ability to operate a PC (Excel and Word)

・Professional and polite language skills in all aspects of reading, writing and speaking

・Problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, and guest relations skills required.

・Required knowledge of the travel/hotel industry
