Description:

・ゲストからのお問い合わせへの対応業務

・ホテル周辺案内等、ゲストのあらゆる要望にお応えする業務

・Responding to inquiries from guests

・Responding to all kinds of requests from guests, such as providing information on the hotel's surroundings.

Qualifications:

●ビジネスレベル以上の英語力必須

●PC操作(エクセル・ワード)が出来る方

●読み・書き・会話のすべてにおいてプロフェッショナルで丁寧な言語能力

●問題解決力、対人能力、高いコミュニケーション能力、ゲストリレーション技術必須

・English proficiency at business level or above required

・Capable of operating a PC (Excel and Word)

・Professional and polite language skills in all aspects of reading, writing and speaking

・Problem solving, interpersonal, high communication and guest relations skills required
