Supports the Director of Revenue Management in implementing pricing and inventory strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor the daily operations of revenue and reservations teams

Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts for room revenue.
Analyze booking patterns, market trends, and economic data to inform pricing decisions
Monitor allotments
Adjust strategies based on forecast performance and market trends
Manage room inventory to ensure optimal occupancy and revenue
Monitor the reservations team to ensure inventory is accurately reflected in all distribution channels.

Maintain rate parity across multiple platforms
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and reservations teams to align strategies and goals
Complete end of month sales report and prepare weekly sales strategy reports
Support the reservations team to ensure all Groups are contracted
Monitor and evaluate economic, political, and social issues/changes
Supports the Director of Revenue Management by conducting RevGen meetings and weekly yield meetings to review performance and discuss strategies
Participate in preparation of strategic plans for region
Works with Director of Revenue Management on manpower planning and management needs
Works with Director of Revenue Management in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget
Foster a collaborative environment between revenue management, reservations, sales, and marketing teams.
Communicate strategies, performance metrics, and adjustments clearly and effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills / Experience
Essential of skill and knowledge of Opera (PMS).
5 years related experience or 2 years reservations/front office experience as manager or assistant manager role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
To lead the staffing control/employee satisfaction/the team development/cooperation with the other department/overseeing the technical issues.
To support and assist any other additional tasks requested by the Director of Revenue
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
