Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • PDX製品の年間予算(AOP)を達成する。

  • 管轄テリトリーの販売チャネルを駆使し売上げを最大化する。

  • 病院/検査センター/企業など主要顧客のキーパーソンと良好な関係を構築する。

  • 本社のプライオリティに則ったチーム戦略を立案しKPIを設定する。

  • 管轄顧客の営業・検査現場の状況を的確に把握し、適切な売上げ予測を立案する。

  • 本社のプライオリティ実践が加速できるようなアイデアを継続的に発信する。

  • 事業部内の関連する各部門との良好なコミュニケーションを構築する。

  • SDG内における他事業部との相乗効果を実現する。

  • 顧客満足度向上のためのアクションプランを策定し、チームとともに実行し、CASの改善に努める。

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

  • 医療業界における営業経験5年以上 ※体外診断用医薬品、臨床検査機器の営業経験があれば尚可

  • コミュニケーション能力(社内外ステークホルダーとの調整能力)

  • 英語力(E-mailでのコミュニケーション)

  • 基本的なMS Officeスキル (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience

  • 3+ years of sales experience in the healthcare industry

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Experience with diagnostic products preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and techniques

  • Ability to strictly manage multiple accounts and projects

  • Skilled in using CRM software and sales analytics tools

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This role requires frequent travel within Japan to meet with clients and attend industry events. You will work in a variety of settings, from office environments to clinical laboratories.
