Your Role:

Mission of Export Control Professional is to govern and support all export control related topics to comply with legal and internal regulation requirement.Dimension of function for Export Control Professional is anything related to export control in Siemens;for example

• Confirm the correctness of the product classification. (Controled item/Non-Controlled item).

• Confirm the correctness and completeness of Export Control documents. (e.g. desgnated country and end user in transaction screening sheet).

• Provide training on export control procedure and updated information.

• Correspond the inquiry from internal and external interests

• Execute internal audit

• Assess export control risk and optimize export control internal procedure, system and organization.

• Report to export control issue to management member.

※Ad-hoc task which might not be related to exsport control might be assigned to support corporate activity on needed basis.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Over 5 years business experience.Export control (e.g. classification of product, licence acquisition and maintenance, InternalCompliance Program, Internal Audit, Response to internal and external inquiry, providing training) or Trading business experience

• Native level Japanese & Business Level English (TOEIC over 800, Fluent speaking and writing)

• Basic skill of Microsoft Excel, word, Power Point

• Presentation and fascilitation skill for training and meeting

※Preferable skill and qualification：

• CISTEC certification

• SAP operation

• Working experince in manufacturing industry

• Team leading, meeting fascilitation, collaboration with internal and external interests

• Process optimization

• Daily business english communication

• SAP operation

• Oversea business trip
