Aerotek is hiring a Pipe Foreman that will supervise all trades in all facets of installation of various sizes and types of drain pipe by reviewing project specifications and drawing.

Job Duties:

• Coordinates and supervises daily activities of the crew.

• Utilizes heavy equipment to excavate, install and backfill drainage pipe and gives direction to Operators to do the same.

• Sequences pipe installation to reduce inference with other project activities and the public.

• Continually inspects work site, surveying for potential hazards or safety concerns.

• Responsible for crew safety. Establishes safe work environment that complies with the Company safety program.

• Observes assigned equipment to detect machinery malfunctions. Assures the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.

• Remits required work reports to include use of materials and equipment, as well as employee time reporting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-5-7 years experience as a working foreman

-5+ years in the construction industry and heavy equipment operating

-High School Diploma
